Video Prompt Engineer

Looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer with strong visual storytelling instincts to lead cinematic AI video generation and consistent AI avatar creation.

What you’ll do

• Build structured, reusable prompt systems (not one-off prompts) for text-to-image, text-to-video, and image-to-video workflows
• Create cinematic and stylized/animated AI videos with intentional framing, lighting, motion, and consistent visual language
• Develop and maintain character/AI avatar consistency frameworks across platforms and formats
• Translate creative briefs into precise visual direction for TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts outputs
• Run structured testing cycles across tools/models/workflows, compare results, and continuously improve quality
• Maintain a documented prompt library (tagging, versioning, best practices)
• Collaborate with creatives, marketing, design, editing, and production to align output with brand identity
   

Must-have

• Strong visual literacy: composition, framing, lighting, motion, style consistency
• Experience designing scalable prompt frameworks and repeatable systems
• Solid hands-on work with generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Midjourney, Flux, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, etc.)
• Strong prompt engineering skills across image/video generation workflows
• Experience with AI avatars / character consistency systems
• Organized, methodical, experimentation mindset
• Understanding of short-form social content pacing and platform aesthetics
   

Nice-to-have 

• Filmmaking / cinematography / directing / video production background
• Knowledge of camera language: lenses, shot sizes, camera movement, DOF, handheld vs static feel
• Ability to “speak production” and translate it into prompts that reliably produce the intended shots
• Experience with animated/illustrated styles or character-driven storytelling
• ComfyUI workflows (node-based pipelines), automation, scalable content systems
• Fine-tuning / LoRA (Flux/LoRA) for brand-specific styles/characters; understanding how model choice/workflow impacts output
