Role overview
This role exists to turn large, messy data into models and insights that directly shape our product and revenue. You’ll own the full lifecycle of data science work - from idea and experimentation to production and impact. Your output will not live in notebooks, it will go live and influence real customer decisions.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the design, development, and iteration of machine learning models, forecasting systems, and lead scoring algorithms
• Transform high-volume, imperfect data into clear signals that drive product and business decisions
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to integrate models into live features
• Research, prototype, and validate data-driven features such as NLP use cases, recommender systems, and churn prediction
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability over time
• Help define data science standards, tooling, and best practices as the team grows

✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pandas, scikit-learn, and SQL
• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models into production
• Clear product mindset - you focus on solving real problems, not just optimizing metrics
• Comfortable explaining complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teammates
• English level: C1 - you read documentation, write clearly, and actively participate in team calls

• Experience working in a startup or product-led tech company
• Background in SaaS, real estate, or growth-oriented businesses

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), MLOps tooling, or BI systems
