Affiliate Sales/Partnerships Manager
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Sales & Partnerships Manager to expand our affiliate and performance marketing ecosystem.
This role focuses on finding, engaging, and onboarding high-quality iGaming affiliates and marketers who send real, scalable traffic.
This is a project-based position with strong performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and recruit iGaming affiliates, media buyers, and performance marketers
• Present the platform value proposition clearly to affiliate partners
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates and traffic partners
• Support affiliates through onboarding and activation
• Collaborate internally to connect affiliates with relevant offers
• Represent the platform in affiliate communities, Telegram groups, and events
• Collect feedback from affiliates to improve positioning and growth
Requirements
• Proven experience in iGaming affiliate sales or business development
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic quality, and ROI metrics
• Existing network of iGaming affiliates is a significant advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
• Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a plus
