Affiliete manager

We’re looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow and manage affiliate partnerships in the dating vertical. The role focuses on recruiting affiliates, optimizing performance, and building long-term, profitable relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates (CPA / CPL) 
• Manage and develop existing affiliate partnerships
• Negotiate deal terms and optimize cooperation for ROI
• Monitor traffic quality, volumes, and key performance metrics
• Analyze affiliate performance and campaign results
• Control commissions, budgets, and payouts
• Ensure timely payments and accurate reporting
• Work closely with marketing and media buying teams

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager
• Experience in Dating (adult) 
• Understanding models of monetization
• Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with tracking systems (S2S, postbacks, APIs)
• Confident with analytics and reporting
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

Nice to have:

• Existing affiliate partner network
• Experience with traffic quality control
• Participation in affiliate events or communities
