As a Promo Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy — creating promotions that excite players, drive engagement, and generate revenue across multiple markets.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

🎯 Launch high-impact promotions
Create, test, and roll out creative promo campaigns to attract new players, re-engage existing ones, and boost revenue.

📊 Analyze & optimize performance
Track campaign results using key metrics like LTV, ARPU, ROI, conversion rate, and continuously improve performance.

🧠 Audience segmentation & personalization
Design tailored promotions for different player segments and deliver personalized offers via CRM tools.

🤝 Cross-team collaboration
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Analytics, Product, and Development teams to ensure smooth implementation and optimization.

🎁 Bonus & loyalty programs
Manage welcome bonuses, cashback offers, VIP programs, and long-term loyalty initiatives.

🔍 Competitive & market analysis
Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends to stay ahead and launch smarter, stronger offers.

🎨 Promo materials & copy
Collaborate with designers to prepare banners, visuals, and promotional copy for campaigns.

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ 2+ years of experience in iGaming, online casino, gambling, or e-commerce (Promo / Marketing Manager or similar role)
✔️ Strong understanding of promo mechanics, bonuses, loyalty programs, and player engagement
✔️ Hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI platforms, etc.)
✔️ Creative mindset — you enjoy experimenting and generating fresh promo ideas
✔️ Solid knowledge of marketing metrics (LTV, ARPU, ROI, conversion rates)
✔️ Confident copywriting skills and experience working with promotional materials
✔️ High level of ownership, ability to multitask, and work efficiently under pressure media
