About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels. 
This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid campaigns (primarily Google Ads, with exposure to LinkedIn Ads), driving high-quality B2B leads, and continuously improving ROI.

This is an in-house role where you will have full ownership of performance marketing — from strategy to execution, testing, and optimization.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage paid acquisition channels, primarily Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B audiences
  • Drive high-quality leads for the US and European markets
  • Continuously test ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
  • Monitor performance metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) and optimize accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Work with analytics tools to track performance and provide clear, actionable insights
  • Take full ownership of performance marketing results and budgets

 

Must-Have Experience

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Performance / Paid Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Strong practical experience with Google Ads (Search is a must)
  • Experience running LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Solid understanding of performance metrics, funnels, and attribution
  • Experience working with English-speaking markets (US / EU)
  • Confident English level for daily communication and reporting

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with SaaS lead generation and long sales cycles
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Looker, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Experience testing landing pages and conversion optimization
  • Experience working with DemandBase or Adroll
