The expertise we’re looking for
- 2+ years of proven experience as an HR / People Partner in the IT sector, covering the full employee lifecycle: adaptation, engagement, retention, and offboarding, ideally in a fast-paced and scaling environment.
- Strong background in building trusted partnerships with managers and employees, acting as a strategic advisor on people-related matters.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing HR policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets for daily HR operations, reporting, and process management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience in talent development and succession planning.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Your position will include
- Acting as a strategic People Partner to managers and teams, providing guidance on talent management, performance, and career development.
- Designing and delivering HR solutions that align with business objectives and foster a culture of growth and inclusion.
- Partnering with leaders to drive initiatives on employee satisfaction, retention, and development.
- Participating in the creation, implementation, and ongoing review of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Managing key stages of the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and adaptation to engagement, retention, and offboarding.
- Leveraging Google Docs and Sheets to manage data, track HR metrics, and optimize workflows.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships across the business, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
