Affiliate Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a partnership-driven Affiliate Manager who can build and scale revenue through strong, long-term collaborations across Tier-1 markets (US, UK, EU).

This is not just about managing affiliates — it’s about finding the right partners, building win-win relationships, and scaling profitable traffic channels together.

    🔥 What You’ll Do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates (direct partners + affiliate networks)
• Launch and manage profitable offers across CPA / RevShare / CPS models
• Monitor traffic quality, detect fraud, and ensure compliance
• Optimize funnels, creatives, and conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to develop:
  • banners
  • landing pages
  • promotional assets
• Track and analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROI, LTV)
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships

• Continuously test new GEOs, offers, and growth opportunities

   

     ✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate marketing, sales, SEO, or media buying
• Solid understanding of CPA models and basic tracking tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• English level B2+
• Proactive, data-driven, and result-oriented mindset

     Nice to have:

• Existing affiliate network or direct deals

• Experience working with Tier-1 traffic
