Product Marketing Manager

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with proven results (we’re also happy to consider exceptional candidates with less experience)
- Strong problem-solving skills — you dive deep into problems, find root causes, and drive solutions end-to-end
- Strong analytical skills — you work confidently with product metrics, data-driven hypotheses, and spreadsheets
- Quick learner — able to leverage internal low-code automation tools to speed up the creation and launch of new user journeys
- B2+ English
Would be a plus
- Entrepreneurship experience
- Degree from a top university (e.g. KSE, KNU, NaUKMA, UСU)
- Interest in human psychology
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities
- Generate and prioritize product growth hypotheses
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses
Opportunities
- Become the team’s first PMM, with the potential to grow into a Lead role
