π We are currently expanding into the LATAM market, and therefore we are looking for a strong CMO who understands this region, its audience, cultural specifics, and effective marketing tools.
π Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy of the agency.
- Build positioning and strengthen the Real Media brand.
- Lead marketing expansion and growth in the LATAM market.
- Manage all promotion channels (digital, PR, content, partnerships).
- Drive lead generation and develop inbound client flow.
- Oversee the marketing budget and evaluate channel performance (ROMI, CAC, LTV).
- Manage the marketing team: goal setting, KPIs, and development.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of new services and product packaging.
- Work closely with the sales department to increase conversion and revenue.
β Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Head of Marketing / CMO role.
- Mandatory experience in digital, performance, or marketing agencies.
- Hands-on experience working with the LATAM market.
- Proven cases of scaling marketing and growing lead generation.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Experience managing teams.
- Understanding of B2B marketing.
- Ability to manage budgets and measure performance.
- English β required.
- Spanish β required.
