πŸš€ We are currently expanding into the LATAM market, and therefore we are looking for a strong CMO who understands this region, its audience, cultural specifics, and effective marketing tools.

πŸš€ Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy of the agency.
  • Build positioning and strengthen the Real Media brand.
  • Lead marketing expansion and growth in the LATAM market.
  • Manage all promotion channels (digital, PR, content, partnerships).
  • Drive lead generation and develop inbound client flow.
  • Oversee the marketing budget and evaluate channel performance (ROMI, CAC, LTV).
  • Manage the marketing team: goal setting, KPIs, and development.
  • Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and product packaging.
  • Work closely with the sales department to increase conversion and revenue.

  • 3+ years of experience in a Head of Marketing / CMO role.
  • Mandatory experience in digital, performance, or marketing agencies.
  • Hands-on experience working with the LATAM market.
  • Proven cases of scaling marketing and growing lead generation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing.
  • Ability to manage budgets and measure performance.
  • English β€” required.
  • Spanish β€” required.
