Position Overview:
UnderDefense is seeking a proactive, strategic Growth Marketing Manager B2B (online media, external placements, integrated campaigns) to lead performance-oriented digital demand generation and external placements. You will play a pivotal role in driving predictable high-quality lead flow by owning online media, external editorial placements, and omnichannel campaigns under clearly defined market objectives. You will work closely with marketing, sales, content, and BDR teams to scale visibility and pipeline in key markets.

What You Can Do for Us:
As a Growth Marketing Manager B2B, you will own performance-driven lead generation across online media, external placements, and targeted campaigns.
Online Media Ownership
- Own online placements end-to-end: negotiation, messaging, assets, launch, lead delivery to BDRs
- Control positioning, creatives, and CTAs aligned with ICP
- Manage budget and continuously optimize based on CPL, MQL quality, and ROI
- Report weekly on MQL volume, performance, and insights
Omnichannel Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute focused campaigns by ICP or vertical
- Define messaging, channel mix, and go-to-market plan
- Collaborate with content, ABM, and BDR teams to ensure alignment
- Own campaign performance and contribution to MQL and pipeline
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience owning online media placements and editorial/external content placements with measurable outcomes (MQL or SQL contribution).
- Strong analytical skills: you translate data into actionable insights and optimization decisions.
- Comfortable with omnichannel campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with high operational rigor.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
