Senior AI Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Senior AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement AI-native workflows and automation pipelines
- Replace semi-manual solutions (e.g. Zapier + manual ops) with robust backend systems
- Prototype fast, then evolve solutions into scalable production architectures
- Build and maintain systems for business process automation and document workflows
-  Integrate coding agents and AI tooling into development workflows
- Design clean APIs, data flows, and service boundaries
- Work across multiple parallel initiatives, prioritizing high-impact projects
- Ensure maintainability, reliability, and clear system ownership

Requirements:

- 5+ years of professional software development experience

- 5+ years of hands-on AI experience

- 2+ years of experience in backend architecture and system design

- Proven experience with AI-first / AI-native development approaches

- Hands-on experience using coding agents (e.g. Claude, Codex, similar tools)

- Experience building automation pipelines and integrating third-party services

- Ability to work independently and take architectural ownership

- Upper - Intermediate or higher level of English

- Mandatory: completion of a technical test task as part of the hiring process

Nice to Have:

- Experience with legal, document, or workflow automation systems

- Exposure to internal dashboards or client-facing portalsBackground in fast-growing or entrepreneurial product environments

- Experience maintaining mono-repo or shared platform architectures
