Head of Affiliate

We are looking for a hands-on Head of Affiliate to lead the affiliate strategy for the launch of a new iGaming brand with a focus on the Canadian market. This is a senior role with direct impact on strategy, growth, and revenue, offering freedom to make decisions and shape the affiliate program from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and scale the affiliate channel for the Canadian market.
  • Work closely with affiliate partners to drive high-quality traffic.
  • Analyze performance metrics including FTD, LTV, ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  • Lead strategic planning for affiliate growth with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing within iGaming, specifically hands-on experience managing campaigns and traffic.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian iGaming market and traffic acquisition channels.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and optimize performance.
  • Leadership skills with experience building or managing affiliate teams.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of making strategic decisions independently.
