IT Recruiter
We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to join our team. Previous experience is a plus, but minimal experience is absolutely fine — this role is a great opportunity to start and grow in IT recruitment.
At the beginning, your main responsibilities will include candidate sourcing, pre-screening, and conducting initial introductory interviews. You will work closely with senior recruiters and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.
Responsibilities:
• Candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, job platforms, direct outreach)
• Pre-screening candidates and assessing basic fit
• Conducting initial introductory interviews in English
• Maintaining candidate pipelines and communication
Requirements:
• Basic understanding of IT roles (or strong willingness to learn)
• Good communication skills
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Responsible and proactive attitude
Format:
• Part-time or full-time
• Fully remote
