Meta Ads Media Buyer

ZBL is an international EdTech product company that builds, launches, and scales proprietary education brands in the Health & Fitness niche, powered by global influencers and performance marketing. We operate as a full-cycle model: from idea and product development to marketing, analytics, and operations — fully in-house.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple products and audiences.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation to maximize ad performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.).
• Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, copy, and formats for maximum engagement.
• Manage ad budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for the marketing team.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager features, trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of audience research, targeting, and ad segmentation.
• Experience with ad creative testing, copywriting, and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with ad budget management and bidding strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
