Media Buyer (Dating / Adult)
Voalax is a performance-driven project in the dating vertical. We are looking for a Middle Media Buyer who can independently manage campaigns and take responsibility for financial results within allocated budgets.
The Media Buyer is responsible for the full traffic acquisition cycle for dating products: planning, launch, optimization, scaling, and reporting.
This role involves working with clearly defined KPIs and regular communication with management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and launch advertising campaigns in the dating vertical
- Purchase traffic via ad networks and direct deals
- Daily monitoring of spend, revenue, and core performance metrics (CPA, CPC, ARPU, ROI)
- Analyze traffic quality and improve campaign efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, formats, and GEOs
- Scale profitable campaigns and optimize underperforming ones
- Work with tracking systems and auto-optimization tools
- Participate in developing creative hypotheses and preparing technical briefs
- Test new offers, formats, and traffic sources
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Prepare regular performance reports for management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in media buying
- Hands-on experience in Dating (adult)
- Experience working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 GEOs
- Experience with banners, push, and native formats
- Strong understanding of performance models (CPC, CPA, RTB)
- Experience implementing and maintaining tracking systems (S2S, pixels)
- Strong analytical skills; confident with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with large budgets
- Strong focus on financial performance and cost efficiency
- Upper-Intermediate English is a plus

- Experience with retargeting
- Experience with programmatic / RTB platforms
- Experience with Social Ads (Meta)
