Senior AI Automation Specialist

We are hiring an AI Automation Specialist for a high-volume, automation-first publishing operation (stealth client). This is a hands-on builder role: design and maintain systems that remove manual work, reduce errors, and speed up execution.

Tech stack focus

• Python automation + data processing
• API integrations (REST, webhooks, CSV pipelines)
• n8n / Zapier (or similar)
• LLMs in real production workflows, prompt engineering
• Google Sheets/Excel (advanced), SQL, BigQuery (or similar)

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven workflows for content, QA, analytics, and operations
• Automate repetitive high-volume processes via scripts + integrations
• Data ingestion/transformation/validation + monitoring/anomaly alerts
• Automated QA for links/UTMs/formatting/content structure
• Document systems so they can be scaled and maintained

Requirements

• 4+ years in automation / tech ops / data engineering (or similar)
• Systems-thinking, high ownership, strong execution discipline
• English: C1+
