Affiliate Promo Coordinator

We are hiring an Affiliate Promo Coordinator for a fast-growing media/newsletter business (stealth client). You’ll own day-to-day communication and execution with existing affiliate partners and make sure promos run smoothly across multiple campaigns.
 

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with affiliate partners, publishers, networks
• Share promo schedules, offers, updates, performance feedback
• Prepare and distribute promo materials (links, copy, creatives, instructions)
• Ensure tracking links/parameters are correct and up to date
• Coordinate promo launches, deadlines, approvals, follow-ups
• Maintain structured records of partners, promos, assets, timelines
• Grow into a more senior affiliate/partnership role over time (incl. conferences)
   

Requirements

• Experience working with affiliates / publishers / networks
• Strong communication + strong execution/ops mindset
• Excellent organization and time management
• Comfortable with links, copy, spreadsheets, deadlines
• English: C1
   

Nice to have

• Affiliate platforms / tracking systems experience
• Understanding of subIDs, attribution basics
• Email/performance marketing background
