PPC Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who understands that PPC is no longer just about manual bidding, but about feeding the right data to AI algorithms and optimizing for Net Profit, not just ROAS. You will act as a strategic partner to our growth team, managing the technical architecture of our campaigns (tracking, feeds, attribution) alongside creative strategy.

 

Requirements (The Must-Haves):

  • 3+ years in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on E-commerce projects (US/EU markets preferred)
  • Deep expertise in GA4 (custom events, exploration), Google Tag Manager (Client & Server-side knowledge), and Meta CAPI implementation
  • Proven track record with Google Ads (PMax strategies, Standard Shopping) and Microsoft Ads (Search & Audience Network)
  • Ability to interpret data to answer "So what?" Understanding of attribution models (beyond Last Click) and basic familiarity with BigQuery or SQL is a huge plus
  • Experience using LLMs (Claude/ChatGPT) for strategic tasks: audience research, creative iteration, and data analysis support
  • Advanced English (B2). You must be comfortable presenting complex data and strategies to stakeholders

 

Nice to Have (Will make you a top 1% candidate):

  • Experience with TikTok Ads (UGC-first creative strategy)
  • Experience with Amazon Ads
  • Understanding of Inventory Management cycles and how to plan budgets around seasonality (Q4, Black Friday)
  • Experience with Looker Studio advanced visualization

 

Key Responsibilities (What you will actually do):

  • Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Performance Max, Search, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Advantage+), focusing on Contribution Margin and Profit, not just vanity metrics
  • Own the integrity of our data. You will be responsible for GA4 event configuration, server-side tracking (CAPI, Enhanced Conversions), and identifying tracking gaps before they burn budget
  • Go beyond basic ChatGPT scripts. You will use AI prompt engineering to generate high-quality ad copy variations, analyze audience sentiments, and structure data signals
  • Move beyond basic spreadsheets. Build and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio, visualizing cross-channel attribution and real business impact
  • Manage product feeds via Merchant Center, ensuring high data quality to maximize impression share and shopping performance
  • Work with the design/product team to optimize the post-click experience, analyzing heatmaps and funnel drop-offs to improve Conversion Rates
