PPC Specialist to $3000

The opportunity

We’re an ambitious company that is looking to continue to drive growth across the business. To support this we are searching for a PPC Specialist to join our Marketing team, based across Kyiv, London and Massachusetts. In this role you will have full responsibility for our PPC and Affiliate marketing accounts,optimising them and maximising performance. This role reports into the London-based Head of Marketing.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Day to day management and optimisation of our large Google Ads & Microsoft Ads accounts (lovecrafts.com and yarn.com)  
  • Devising initiatives to further improve the performance of our accounts
  • Actively test and analyze keywords, ad copy, and landing pages to increase ROI and drive incremental volume
  • Working closely on strategy with the Head of Marketing
  • Building out search performance reports to help identify opportunities and trends
  • Work closely with Google and Microsoft Advertising teams to stay up to date on new features and test platform updates
  • Own the management, troubleshooting, and optimisation of product feeds supporting Shopping campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the affiliate program and related performance and fraud-prevention tools

 

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale budgets, ideally within a high-growth e-commerce environment.
  • Good working knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Excel / Google Sheets); experience with Looker is a strong advantage
  • Results focused with an analytical mindset
  • Able to work independently on your own initiative
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
