User Acquisition Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a User Acquisition (UA) Manager with proven experience managing multi-million-dollar performance marketing budgets in mobile products, with a strong advantage for short drama / entertainment apps. The role owns end-to-end paid acquisition across multiple channels and is fully accountable for scale, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and scale multi-million-dollar UA campaigns.
• Manage paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads (UAC), Snapchat, DSPs, and additional channels.
• Own and optimize core KPIs: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, and payback.
• Build and manage full-funnel UA strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and re-engagement.
• Lead creative testing strategy (UGC, video, hooks, formats).
• Analyze performance data and make data-driven scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and monetization teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and growth plans with full ROI ownership.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar advertising budgets.
• Strong experience in mobile apps (iOS & Android).
• Experience in short drama / entertainment apps – strong advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (UAC), Snapchat Ads, and DSPs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with attribution and analytics tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• High ownership, fast execution, and growth mindset.
Nice to Have
• Experience with subscription-based or content-driven apps.
• Experience scaling campaigns in Tier-1 markets (US, EU).
