Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to our users via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Resolve user issues related to account management, transactions, and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Monitor and report on user feedback and recurring issues.
  • Educate users on platform features and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using support software and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Experience with platforms such as Intercom, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures.
