Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle hiring for assigned roles, ensuring timely closures, a strong candidate experience, and predictable hiring outcomes.
The role owns vacancies end-to-end β from kick-off to signed offer β and works in close collaboration with Hiring Managers, Sourcers, and TA Lead, following defined SLA and hiring standards.
Expected Outcomes
- Vacancy Ownership & Closure
Assigned vacancies are managed end-to-end and closed in line with agreed timelines and commitments (kick-off SLA, expected start date). - Structured Hiring Process Execution
Hiring processes follow the agreed framework (kick-off, intro, interviews, feedback, offer) without ad-hoc deviations. Quality of Hire
Hired candidates meet role expectations and successfully pass the trial period.
Competencies
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Ownership
Owns vacancies from kick-off to signed offer, including coordination, follow-ups, and risk escalation. - Hiring Process Discipline (SLA-driven)
Executes hiring steps on time, tracks progress, and escalates risks proactively when SLA is at risk. - Candidate Assessment & Screening
Effectively evaluates candidates against role requirements, seniority, and cultural fit using scorecards and structured interviews. - Stakeholder Communication & Alignment
Works closely with Hiring Managers and the TA team to ensure alignment on expectations, timelines, and decisions. - Quality & Outcome Orientation
Focuses not only on filling roles, but on hiring candidates who perform and pass the trial successfully. - Systems & ATS Discipline
Maintains accurate vacancy and candidate data in ATS and tracking tools.
Interview Process - Interview with Head of People & Operations (90 minutes)
- Pre-Offer Call (30 minutes)
