CRM manager (igaming)
We are a fast-growing online casino committed to delivering the best gaming experience to our players. We are looking for a talented CRM Manager to build personalized and effective communication strategies, increase player engagement, and improve retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and optimize player communication flows (email, push, SMS, etc.).
- Set up personalized campaigns in CDP (Customer.io), working with variables and segmentation.
- Improve key retention metrics (Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Conversion, LTV, Stickiness).
- Analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and mailings, tracking key email marketing metrics (OR, CR, Deliverability).
- Conduct A/B testing of content, send times, and trigger-based campaigns.
- Propose and test hypotheses to enhance communication strategies.
- Monitor the integration and optimization of CRM tools.
- Prepare reports, analyze user behavior, and assess campaign performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM/Retention, preferably in iGaming.
- Knowledge of key casino metrics (GGR, Total Bet, Wager, Cash-in, etc.).
- Understanding of email marketing metrics and domain reputation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, experience with variables and personalization.
