Freelance IT Recruiter
We are looking for a part-time Recruiter to join our team on demand when hiring needs arise. You will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating candidates for technical positions including developers, QA engineers, and project managers at junior to senior levels.
Responsibilities:
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on position requirements
• Conduct introductory interviews with candidates
• Perform basic English level assessment with each candidate
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide updates
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipeline
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals)
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in IT/tech recruitment
• B2+ English level (spoken and written)
• Experience recruiting for technical positions (developers, QA, project managers)
• Understanding of IT industry and software development roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates' English proficiency
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice to Have:
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience
• Knowledge of technical terminology and software development lifecycle
• Previous experience in an outsourcing company
