We are looking for a hands-on, client-facing Technical Team Lead to take ownership of a long-term Real Estate SaaS platform with backend, web, mobile, and cloud infrastructure. You will lead an engineering team, turn product goals into reliable delivery
 

What you will own

• Client and technical leadership: lead regular syncs, clarify requirements and acceptance criteria, present solution options and trade-offs, provide estimates, communicate progress and risks, and obtain decisions before development starts
• Team leadership: manage the engineering team day to day through planning, delegation, feedback, performance management, and blockers removal
• Sprint and delivery ownership: refine the backlog, split epics into sprintable work, estimate and sequence delivery, manage dependencies, and balance new features with bugs and technical debt. Own technical delivery commitments and release readiness
• Engineering quality: review solution designs and pull requests, establish coding and review standards, and coordinate QA sign-off
• Hands-on contribution: spend approximately 20–30% of your time on critical code, prototypes, difficult debugging, hotfixes, CI/CD, or deployment work when the team needs support
   

Requirements

• 4.5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
• 2+ years as a Team Lead or Tech Lead with direct responsibility for engineers and delivery
• Strong system design and software architecture skills, with the ability to explain alternatives and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience with estimation, task decomposition, sprint planning, scope control, risk management, and delivery coordination
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
• Confident client communication and English at B2 level or higher
• Strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity while keeping stakeholders aligned
   

Nice to have

• Experience with Python/Django, React/TypeScript, React Native, AWS, Terraform

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects in web and mobile development
• Communicate with clients regularly to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, DevOps, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
• Proactively identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
• Track project progress and maintain transparency with stakeholders
• Report any roadblocks or deviations from the plan to company management.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations
• Promote agile best practices and implement necessary process improvements
   

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in SaaS and mobile applications
• B2+ in English (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership skills—able to influence, motivate, and align teams toward a common goal
• Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with international clients and diverse teams
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to adapt processes to fit project needs
• Problem-solving mindset—able to identify risks and take decisive actions to keep projects on track
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
• Technical understanding of web and mobile development (not necessarily coding, but knowing how things work)
• Ability to analyze project metrics and make data-driven decisions
   

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in an outsourcing company
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies
• Knowledge of AI-based applications and modern software trends
• Familiarity with OpenAI API and AI-driven solutions

We’re looking for a Lead Generation specialist who knows how to find the right people, start meaningful conversations, and turn outreach into real opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who already has experience with multi-channel outreach and wants to take ownership of the process - from finding prospects to improving campaigns and generating qualified leads.

What you’ll do:

• Find and research relevant prospects using LinkedIn and other tools
• Build and run LinkedIn + email outreach campaigns
• Create personalized messages and follow-up sequences
• Test different approaches and improve campaign performance
• Track results inside our own CRM and continuously optimize the process
• Take ownership and suggest better ways of doing things

Whom we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role
• Proven experience running multi-channel outreach campaigns
• Hands-on experience with: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HeyReach / LinkedInHelper, Lemlist / Snov.io
• B1+ level of English
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
