About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst (Retention) to join our iGaming team.
In this role, you will focus on analyzing player behavior, retention metrics, and product performance to support data-driven decisions and improve long-term user engagement, working closely with product, marketing, and BI teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize retention strategies.
 

Responsibilities

• Analyze player behavior, retention, and lifecycle metrics
• Perform cohort and funnel analysis to identify drop-off points and growth opportunities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of bonuses, promotions, and retention campaigns
• Build dashboards and regular reports for product and business teams
• Translate data insights into clear and actionable product recommendations
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and BI specialists
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product, retention, or behavioral analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and data visualization
• Solid understanding of retention metrics, cohorts, and user behavior analysis
• Product mindset and ability to work with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
   

Nice to Have

• Experience in iGaming, betting, or other high-load B2C products
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics
