ASO/ASA Manager

Light Apps Group is looking for an experienced ASO & ASA Specialist to lead growth across a portfolio of mobile apps utility products. 🚀 You’ll own the full cycle of store optimization and Apple Search Ads, driving installs and scaling visibility across diverse verticals!

Location: Warsaw. Office / Hybrid

What you'll do

• Optimize app store presence (metadata, visuals, keywords) for multiple iOS and Android apps
• Plan and run A/B tests to boost conversion rates
• Manage and scale ASA campaigns, including CPP usage
• Analyze performance (CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention) and report insights
• Conduct competitor and keyword research
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
• Monitor trends, maintain compliance, and test new strategies
   

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in ASO and ASA
• Proven track record optimizing app listings and paid campaigns
• Experience with CPP (iOS) and CSL (Google Play)
• Strong data skills and familiarity with analytics/attribution tools
• Ability to manage multiple apps in different markets
