Talent Sourcer

Now we’re looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our People Team and help us attract top professionals in marketing, analytics, product, and tech across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional communities.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify top talent and new sourcing channels.
  • Reach out to candidates with personalized messages and manage initial communication.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and support talent mapping initiatives.
  • Represent SBC Performance’s culture and values in all candidate interactions.
     

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment globally, ideally in digital marketing, tech.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience with Technical and Non-Technical Roles.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English (for daily communication with candidates and hiring teams).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Basic understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.
