Viso is an outsourcing company that has been on the market for 2 years. Our team has grown to about 50 people, and we continue to scale our expertise and services.
Right now, weβre looking for a proactive, independent, and result-oriented Content Marketing Manager who will take ownership of our inbound marketing direction and help us turn content into qualified leads.
Your mission - build an inbound lead generation system:
Content β traffic β leads.
You will own this direction end-to-end.
πΌ What youβll do:
βοΈ Content & Messaging
Write or manage the creation of:
- Use cases
- Case studies
- Landing pages
- LinkedIn content (company & CEO personal brand)
- Translate complex technical ideas into clear and engaging content
- Optimize content for business value and user engagement
- Follow overall positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve strategy
π¬ Thought Leadership & LinkedIn
- Build thought leadership in the AI & software domain
- Track engagement, test content ideas, and scale what works
π Analytics & Experiments
- Track inbound leads, content performance, and engagement metrics
- Generate and test marketing hypotheses
- Launch small experiments and analyze results

Who weβre looking for:
π§ Hard Skills:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B Content Marketing
- Experience working with IT / SaaS / AI products
- Experience creating B2B content for LinkedIn
- English level: B1+
π Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Result-oriented mindset (focused on impact, not volume)
- High sense of ownership and responsibility
π‘ Nice to have / SEO & Marketing Skills:
- Experience in B2B SEO (keyword research, content optimization, on-page SEO)
- Familiarity with programmatic SEO
- Using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with US and EU markets
- Familiarity with Webflow or Notion
- Basic understanding of technical SEO
