Junior / Middle QA Engineer (Manual)

ITFin is a management system for IT companies that automates key business processes, including time tracking, planning, delivery, finance, and reporting. The platform is designed for outsourcing and product companies to gain full visibility and control over their operations. The project focuses on building and maintaining a modern, automated financial accounting system that helps businesses manage their finances without unnecessary complexity.

The role is focused on manual web testing with an emphasis on domain knowledge in ERP and finance-related systems, including accounting and other business-critical modules.
 

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual testing of web applications; 

- Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure full test coverage; 

- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios; 
- Report, document, and track issues using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira); 
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues;
- Ensure overall quality, usability, and functionality of the product before release.
 

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in manual QA testing of web applications; 
- Experience working in or with fintech products; basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

- Strong understanding of different types of testing: functional, regression, integration, experience-based testing, UI/UX testing, static testing; 

- Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, bug reports); 

- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices; 

- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality; 

- Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage; 

- English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
