Email marketing / Communication Manager (iGaming)
As a Senior Email Marketing & Communication Manager, you will take ownership of email marketing while also driving multi-channel CRM initiatives across our iGaming verticals (casino, sportsbook, etc.). Your mission is to deliver personalized, data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
This role requires deep expertise in email lifecycle marketing, strong technical skills and understanding of CRM strategies across channels such as push, SMS, onsite messaging, and in-app notifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan communications for promo campaigns.
- Analyze communications effectiveness.
- Customize campaigns, work with communication channels (Email/ SMS/ NC/ Pop-up/ WebPush);
- Assign tasks to other teams, order content, and design.
- Provide tests to improve main communication metrics.
- Communicate with related departments.
- Integrate all relevant tools for proper communication flow.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in CRM manager/ Email marketing manager positions with an understanding of the full user flow.
- Experience with different communication channels (email/SMS/push/popup);
- Knowledge of HTML and Jira would be a plus.
- Ability to handle large amounts of information.
- An understanding of the specifics of the betting industry (user behavior, mechanics, bonuses, game types) and key KPIs (GGR, NGR, Turnover, ATPU, etc.) will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like customer.io, smartico, etc;
