Affiliate Manager

We’re a performance-oriented SEO agency helping iGaming partners scale through high-converting organic traffic. We own and operate a portfolio of review-focused content websites and work directly with affiliate teams and acquisition managers to deliver high-quality leads.

We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager / Affiliate Manager to grow our network of partners and maximize the revenue potential of our SEO traffic.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing relationships with existing affiliates and acquiring new ones
• Monitoring offer performance, analyzing conversion data, and suggesting improvements
• Coordinating with partners to test new offers, GEOs, and landing pages
• Handling daily communication with affiliate managers and partner teams
• Keeping stats and performance data organized (primarily in Keitaro & PipeDrive)
• Negotiating deal terms (FF, CPA, RevShare) and ensuring profitability
• Acting as the main point of contact between GRIT Leaders and partner brands
   

What We Expect:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (affiliate management, business development, or traffic monetization)
• Understanding of iGaming vertical and affiliate business models
• Hands-on experience working with SEO traffic (or a strong willingness to dive into it)
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• English — upper-intermediate or higher
• Experience with tracking tools (Keitaro, Statsdrone, etc.) and CRMs is a must
   

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working with SEO-driven sites or affiliate SEO traffic
• Existing network of affiliate contacts in iGaming 
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics
