Team Lead Recruiter

Prowinsolution is an international iGaming company operating since 2020, with a strong portfolio of sportsbook and casino products across multiple markets. We are actively scaling our teams and products and are now strengthening our recruitment function.

We are looking for a Team Lead Recruiter who can not only close roles, but also build a structured, scalable, and predictable hiring system.

 Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruitment team (recruiters / sourcers): task setting, prioritization, quality and deadline control
• Own full-cycle recruitment across key iGaming functions (Marketing, Affiliate, Product, Tech, Operations, Payments, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers and top management on hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Ensure strong role intake, accurate calibration, and end-to-end hiring support up to onboarding
• Track and improve recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, funnel efficiency, offer acceptance, quality of hire)
• Optimize recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and candidate experience
• Work with ATS (PeopleForce), analytics, and reporting
• Contribute to employer branding (LinkedIn, Telegram, market communication)

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, including a Team Lead / Recruitment Lead / Senior Recruiter role
• Proven hiring experience in iGaming / Gambling / Digital or IT product companies
• Ability to manage complex and high-volume hiring simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of the iGaming talent market
• Data-driven mindset (metrics, funnels, analytics)
• Strong communication skills and business partnership approach
• English level B2+ (used daily)
