IT Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of IT profiles, is comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems, and can partner effectively with hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (from intake to offer)
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical background and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and hiring priorities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and development stacks
- Hands-on experience working with ATS and CRM systems
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Fluent English
