IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of IT profiles, is comfortable working with ATS/CRM systems, and can partner effectively with hiring managers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (from intake to offer)
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical background and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements and hiring priorities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter
  • Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and development stacks
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS and CRM systems
  • Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Fluent English
