PSP / Payment Onboarding Manager

Sola is an international fintech company providing secure and scalable payment infrastructure for digital businesses across Europe. We deliver Open Banking and card processing solutions tailored for high-growth and high-risk verticals, helping merchants launch quickly while maintaining strong compliance standards.
 

We are looking for a Payment Onboarding Manager who will lead the full onboarding process of our company with new PSPs and banks.

This role is focused on coordinating approvals, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth activation of payment providers across different regions. You will be responsible for handling verification processes, aligning compliance requirements, and driving successful integrations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify new PSPs and banking partners aligned with business needs
• Lead the full onboarding lifecycle with payment providers and banks
• Prepare and submit required corporate, compliance, and verification documentation
• Coordinate internal document collection (legal, finance, compliance, KYC)
• Communicate with PSPs and banks regarding onboarding requirements and clarifications
• Ensure all compliance and operational requirements are met for activation
• Track onboarding timelines and manage follow-ups with providers
• Coordinate with Integration, Risk, Legal, and Finance teams during activation
• Monitor payment performance and operational stability after go-live
• Continuously explore better payment solutions to support business growth
 

Technical Profile

• Strong understanding of PSP environments and payment infrastructure
• Knowledge of onboarding workflows with banks and payment institutions
• Experience handling compliance and documentation processes
• Understanding of market payment preferences across different regions
• Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
