PSP / Merchant Onboarding Manager

We deliver Open Banking and card processing solutions tailored for high-growth and high-risk verticals, helping merchants launch quickly while maintaining strong compliance standards.
 

We are looking for a Merchant Onboarding Specialist who will take ownership of the post-sales onboarding journey, ensuring that new PSPs, payment methods, and merchants are connected, compliant, and fully operational as fast as possible.
 

Role Overview

You will manage the onboarding process from handover by Business Development through full activation, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver a fast, smooth, and compliant go-live experience. This role sits at the intersection of operations, payments, compliance, and technology.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for merchants, PSPs, and payment methods.
  • Ensure all commercial, compliance, KYC/KYB, and technical requirements are completed accurately and on time.
  • Work with external payment providers and partners on operational and documentation matters.
  • Track onboarding pipelines, maintain internal systems, and ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Monitor post-go-live performance of PSPs and payment flows, flagging issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to business expansion by identifying more efficient onboarding flows, better provider setups, and optimized solutions.
  • Support merchants during setup, explaining processes and ensuring a smooth transition to live processing.

Technical Profile

  • Solid understanding of PSP environments, acquiring structures, and payment flows.
  • Knowledge of onboarding workflows, merchant documentation, and KYC/KYB requirements.

  • Comfortable working with technical teams and basic integration concepts (APIs, payment methods, processing flows).
