Hi! We're looking for a Video Editor 🎬 (remote)
Project-based work with a path to full-time.
 

Who we are
We create videos for tech companies and AI startups in Silicon Valley. YouTube content, tutorials, product videos — everything that helps explain complex products in a way people actually understand.
 

What you'll do
Edit videos that hold people's attention. Find the story in the footage, nail the pacing, and make sound and visuals work together.

This isn't just about cutting clips — it's about making sure viewers stay till the end and actually get what the product does.
 

Who we're looking for

• Strong visual taste — you know the difference between "meh" and "wow"
• Sound design and color grading skills
• Solid After Effects knowledge
• Any editing software works — we use Adobe, but great work matters more than the tools
• English good enough to understand content and work with feedback
• You understand how YouTube works — what keeps people watching

Nice to have
 

• Experience with Figma or Notion
• You've worked with startups before

Not a good fit if
 

• You need step-by-step instructions for every little thing
• You rely on flashy effects to hide weak storytelling
