AzuraInfinity

Brand Protection Specialist

Let’s Start With a Hello

We’re building and scaling iGaming brands in a fast-moving and highly competitive digital environment — and protecting those brands is just as critical as growing them.

We’re looking for a Brand Protection Lawyer who understands how digital violations work in practice: fake websites, mirrors, trademark abuse, unauthorized apps, and social channels. This role is for someone who knows how to act, not just observe.

Who We Are

We’re a fast-growing international iGaming company operating across Tier 1–3 markets. Our brands exist in complex offshore ecosystems where domains, mirrors, and alternative platforms are part of daily reality.

We value ownership, precision, and people who can independently identify problems and eliminate them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and submit takedown notices (copyright, trademark, DMCA)
  • Communicate with domain registrars, hosting providers, and digital platforms
  • Initiate blocking of fake websites, mirrors, mobile applications, Telegram channels, and other infringing resources
  • Prepare legal claims and formal complaints
  • Manage domain disputes (UDRP / WIPO)
  • Conduct daily monitoring for trademark, copyright, and brand violations
  • Investigate new infringement cases and propose counter-measures
  • Prepare regular reports on detected violations and actions taken

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Relevant hands-on experience in brand protection, anti-piracy, or digital enforcement
  • Practical experience working with domains and takedown procedures
  • English — minimum B1+, sufficient for written communication with registrars, hosting providers, and platforms
  • Ability to conduct professional correspondence and follow escalation procedures
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: domains, hosting, social media, advertising, SEO
  • Clear understanding of how iGaming brands operate in offshore environments (mirrors, bypasses, alternative domains)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in iGaming, especially in similar brand protection roles
  • Successful experience with UDRP / WIPO cases
  • Strong OSINT skills: ability to search, analyze, and connect information from open sources
  • Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, or other monitoring and analytics platforms used to detect brand abuse

What’s In It for You

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Work in an international iGaming environment
  • Direct impact on brand security and business stability
  • High level of autonomy and ownership
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior or lead brand protection role

Let’s Wrap It Up

If you know how to protect brands in hostile digital environments and enjoy taking down what shouldn’t exist — we’d love to hear from you.

Bring your expertise. We’ll bring the scale, challenges, and trust to act.
