Talent Sourcer (Middle/Senior)

We are looking for Talent Sourcer for an IT product company that is rapidly growing and delivering a unique, cutting-edge solution in the defense tech industry. 

 

Talent Sourcer will support the expansion of the company during this period of rapid growth. You will be responsible for attracting and identifying potential candidates, finding effective ways to connect with them, and continuously improving sourcing strategies and processes. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for roles across various levels. 

• Utilize a wide range of sourcing techniques, including Boolean/X-ray search on different platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, social media and alternative sources. 

• Craft personalized and multi-channel outreach campaigns to increase candidate response rates and engagement. 

• Analyze sourcing data and recruitment funnel metrics, including interview conversion rates, response rates, and others. 

• Conduct market mapping and competitor research to identify talent pools and hiring trends. 

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment and effectiveness in recruiting efforts. 

 

Skills and experience: 

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Sourcer. 

• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing across both technical and non-technical roles. 

• Knowledge of different sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, and sourcing across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.). 

• Strong understanding of diverse job roles and the ability to quickly understand and adapt to new job requirements. 

• Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, creative problem-solving, and a high degree of flexibility. 

• Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher (B2+ / C1). 

• Experience sourcing candidates in the EU and USA markets will be a plus.
