About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Manager to provide a North America underwriting and operations perspective on the end-to-end workflow for the workbench. This role ensures processes are aligned across regions, identifies gaps, and supports the delivery of programme initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills to drive efficiency and standardization across regions.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Document current-state (“as-is”) and future-state (“to-be”) workflows for North America underwriting and operations
• Identify process gaps, variations, and regional impacts on workflow and operations
• Ensure North America process requirements are fully represented in programme deliverables
• Support cross-regional process alignment and standardization
• Collaborate with Programme Managers, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to implement process improvements
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and workflows to support programme and operational objectives
• Track metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness and adoption of processes
• Contribute to training and enablement materials where process guidance is required
   

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process management, operations, or workflow analysis
• Experience documenting and improving end-to-end business processes
• Strong understanding of operations in underwriting or financial services preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across regions
• Proficiency with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
   

Nice to Have

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM
• Experience with global or multi-region operations
• Familiarity with digital tools supporting underwriting and operational workflows
• Exposure to programme management or transformation projects
