About the Role

We are looking for a Change Enablement Lead to support successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes. This role focuses on the people side of change — ensuring teams understand, accept, and effectively work with new ways of working.

You will partner closely with leadership, HR, IT, and business teams to design and execute change enablement strategies that drive engagement, adoption, and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change enablement strategies and plans for key initiatives
• Assess change impact and organizational readiness
• Design and deliver communication plans (what, why, when, how changes happen)
• Support leaders and managers in their role as change sponsors
• Identify and address resistance to change proactively
• Plan and coordinate training, enablement sessions, and workshops
• Collaborate with HR, PMO, Business Process, and IT teams
• Define and track adoption metrics, engagement, and effectiveness of changes
• Ensure sustainable change by embedding new behaviors, processes, and tools

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or enablement roles
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrix organizations
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, etc.)
• Experience with digital transformation or IT implementations (ERP, CRM, platforms)
• Background in HR, Operations, Consulting, or Program Management
• Experience in Agile / product-driven environments
