Junior+ Project Manager (EdTech)

Our PM team evolves constantly and has enough experience to deal with the most complicated challenges. At the same time we appreciate active participation in the day-to-day life of the team and be sure, that your voice will be heard while building the new processes or adapting the current organizational process assets.

Requirements

1.5+ years managing software development projects.

• Experience in the simultaneous management of several projects.

• English: Upper-Intermediate and higher.

• Knowledge and practical experience in predictive and hybrid development approaches.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good organizational and planning skills.

• Experience in facilitation techniques.

• Experience in Requirements Life Cycle Management.

• Project Change Management skills.

• Experience in tracking the team’s progress.

• Knowledge of the Discovery Phase process.

 

As a plus

• Experience in managing e-learning projects.

• Experience in the Earned Value Management model.

• Professional certification.

 

Responsibilities

• Project management of full-cycle software development projects (from Initiation to Closure).

• Resource Management: Planning, Monitoring team loading, resolving resource plan conflicts, controlling utilization.

• Planning cost management and financial reporting.

• Ensuring project quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Risk and issue management.

• Monitoring project progress.

• Maintaining reporting and documentation.

• Contributing to establishing and adapting internal PM processes.

• People Management: managing team dynamics, contributing to performance plans, and managing conflict.

• Presenting and advocating proposed solutions—covering scope, budget, and timelines- to internal stakeholders and clients to gain alignment and approval.

• Close work with the internal stakeholders to map company interests with client expectations.
