About the Role

We are looking for a Business Process Manager to analyze, design, optimize, and govern business processes across the organization. This role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, scalability, and transparency by aligning processes with business strategy, technology, and performance metrics.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current (“as-is”) business processes and identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement optimized (“to-be”) processes aligned with business goals
• Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Operations, Finance, Product, IT, HR, etc.)
• Define and maintain process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and process maps
• Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and outcomes
• Drive automation initiatives in cooperation with IT and digital transformation teams
• Support change management, including communication, training, and adoption
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices
• Continuously review and refine processes based on performance data and feedback
   

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in business process management, operations, or continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of BPM methodologies and tools
• Experience in process modeling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
   

Nice to Have

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, BPM, or Agile
• Experience with process automation, RPA, or workflow tools
• Background in technology, SaaS, fintech, or consulting
• Experience working in fast-growing or scaling organizations
