Chief Product Officer

🧲 Magnetics is a digital company that develops and scales its own online products across competitive and fast-paced markets. Founded in 2014, we rely on data, bold hypotheses, and user experience to grow efficiently.
 

We are looking for a CPO — a strong leader to take full ownership of our core brand's product strategy. In this role, you will combine deep analytics, cross-functional team management, and a direct impact on the company's business results.

🧲 Requirements:

• Over 5 years of general product management experience in Senior Product, Lead, Head, or CPO roles with a proven track record of team leadership;
• Deep understanding of the specifics and regulations of Tier 1 markets;
• High-level people management skills, ability to build systemic processes, and resource planning expertise;
• Analytical mindset, systematic approach, and meticulous attention to detail in decision-making;
• Professional maturity, ability to set clear priorities, and the confidence to defend your vision;
• Emotional resilience, readiness to work in a dynamic environment, and a strong team-player mindset;
• Ability to take full responsibility for the product and its financial performance.

🧲 Responsibilities:

• Define and develop the product strategy for the core brand in alignment with key business goals;
• Manage the full product lifecycle: from requirements gathering and backlog prioritization to post-release analysis;
• Coordinate the work of development, design, and payment teams;
• Directly manage product managers across all company products;
• Track key KPIs and form data-driven hypotheses;
• Manage risks and make critical decisions regarding payment processes, bonus mechanics, and product functionality;
• Lead the implementation of new initiatives and product features;

• Collaborate with the CEO and department heads to align product plans with the overall business strategy.
