Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and success of our products by identifying the needs of our target audience and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develop and own product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap with clear prioritization, milestones, and delivery timelines.
• Lead end-to-end brand and product launches from concept to go-live, ensuring smooth market entry and operational readiness.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, retention, and customer support; define tasks, review deliverables, and control deadlines.
• Monitor and ensure high product quality across all user touchpoints, collaborating with related teams to deliver an excellent user experience.
• Conduct market and competitor research, analyze player behavior and needs, and collect feedback from customer support to define product requirements.
• Design, configure, and manage bonus mechanics and loyalty programs aimed at increasing retention and player lifetime value (LTV).
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, assess feature effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements using data-driven insights.
• Monitor competitors’ products, unique selling propositions (USPs), bonus strategies, and features to identify market opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
• Use CMS platforms for content management, product configuration, and operational updates to ensure smooth platform functionality.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing support, including resource planning, risk management, and timely delivery.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• At least 3 years of experience in product gambling companies;
• English at the intermediate level and above;
• Experience with online casino platforms;
• Understanding the regulation of markets and peculiarities of licenses will be a plus;
• Deep understanding of casino products, product metrics, bonus systems, and loyalty programs;
• Experience in creating tournaments and promotional companies.
