HR Manager โ€” HR Operations for FlexMade

We are looking for an HR Assistant โ€” HR Operations to join our team and work closely with the HR Team Manager.
This role is focused on day-to-day HR operations and administrative support, with a clear opportunity to grow into broader HR Generalist and People Partnering responsibilities over time.
 

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative processes
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize HR documentation and employee records
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee requests and support internal HR communication
  • Support the HR Team Manager with ongoing and ad-hoc HR tasks
  • Assist in preparing and running HR reviews, surveys, and internal communications
  • Analyze internal HR data and provide insights, findings, and recommendations upon request
     

Requirements

  • Strong logical thinking and close attention to detail
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and ownership of tasks
  • Ability to work confidently with documents and structured information
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, without constant supervision or reminders
  • Empathetic, non-conflict, and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of HR processes or previous HR / administrative experience
  • Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and written communications
  • English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher
