Senior Graphic Designer

We are LEQB Architects — for over 10 years, we have been creating architecture and interiors worth showcasing to the world. Today, our team includes 40+ professionals, and our projects span from Europe to the Middle East.
 

Our focus is the premium segment: complex challenges, bold creativity, and ambitious projects.
 

In addition to architecture, we are actively developing our branding and visual identity direction — both for LEQB and for our clients. That is why we are currently looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who thinks strategically, leads the design direction, and elevates the visual quality of the brand.
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Create, develop, and maintain visual identities for LEQB and client brands — from brief to brand book.
• Lead the design team and provide art direction across projects.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team.
• Create social media content and contribute to content planning.
• Create design materials for internal and external communications.
• Present and defend design solutions in English; manage client-facing projects.
• Provide ongoing design support for clients: social media, print, packaging, and merchandise.
• Prepare files for print and consult on production and implementation.
• Participate in website art direction based on established brand identities.
• Contribute to the growth of the company and the overall branding and visual identity direction.
   

What We Expect From You:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proven experience in art direction, style management, and team leadership.
• Art education and strong academic drawing skills.
• Writing and speaking Advance English level (C1) for presentations, calls, and project defense.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in defending design decisions to clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Procreate, InDesign, Notion, GPT, Firefly, and Midjourney.
• Ability to draw both by hand and digitally; an iPad or graphic tablet is required.
• Deep understanding of print production and preparation for all print formats.
• A portfolio with impactful branding and visual identity cases.
• Solid understanding of the marketing foundation of design and social media platform specifics.
• Experience with merchandise. Clothing design is a strong plus.
