Business Development Manager (Enterprise / Banking)

We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager with proven experience working with Enterprise clients, a solid understanding of selling complex IT / CRM / digital platforms, and confidence in communicating with banks and financial institutions, as well as retail, telecom, service, and manufacturing companies.

This role involves active business development, working with cold leads, participating in international meetings and conferences, and engaging in negotiations with C-level clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and acquire new Enterprise clients in the Ukrainian market, with the potential to expand into Europe and other regions;
  • Sell CRM and business platforms (Creatio or similar: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, SAP, etc.);
  • Work with clients in the banking and financial sector (BFSI);
  • Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls;
  • Lead presentations, discovery sessions, and demos for potential clients;
    Communicate with C-level and top management stakeholders;
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, lead deals, and participate in tenders;
  • Collaborate closely with presale, delivery and marketing teams;
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and international conferences;

 

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / Enterprise IT sales;
  • Proven experience selling CRM / ERP / Digital platforms / complex IT solutions;
  • Experience working with banks, financial institutions, or large enterprises;
  • Experience with Creatio or similar platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, etc.) is a strong advantage;
  • Fluent English (C1+);
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Experience working with cold markets and independently acquiring clients;
  • High level of autonomy, responsibility, and business mindset;
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with international markets;
  • Participation in banking or IT forums and conferences;
  • Understanding of digital transformation in BFSI;
  • Existing network of contacts in the banking sector;
