We are a fast-growing iGaming startup that successfully launched our product in just 1.5 months and went live in Argentina.
The project is actively scaling and preparing for further expansion across the LATAM market.
 

We are now looking for a strong Senior Plus / Lead Financial Manager to become a key financial partner for the business and help build a transparent, scalable financial function from the ground up.

🎯 Key responsibilities:

• Full financial management of the project
• Ownership of P&L, Cash Flow, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Control and analysis of PSPs, transactions, fees, chargebacks
• Financial analytics across product, marketing, affiliates and GEOs
• Management reporting for founders and C-level
• Cost control, expense optimization, unit economics
• Support of new GEO launches and LATAM scaling
• Collaboration with legal, accounting and payment partners

What we’re looking for:

• Senior / Lead Financial Manager experience in iGaming / Gambling / FinTech / High-Risk projects
• Strong understanding of iGaming economics, payments, PSPs and high-risk flows
• Experience in startups or fast-scaling products
• Strong analytical mindset with business orientation
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Upper-Intermediate+ English
• LATAM experience is a strong plus
